ARC Essences have been made at the Avalon Retreat Center in the full moon energy of Lammas. They are prepared though ritual facilitated by renowned Shaman and Seer, Gaisheda Kheawok & supported by the Priestesses of the Whispering Song Teaching Lodge.

To create these essences, the healing waters of Mary’s Well have been imprinted with the vibrational frequency of select flowers and crystals. Imprinting is a sacred process in which the energy of crystals or plants translates to the water, though the alchemical infusion of sun or moon light. Plants and minerals all have unique vibrational patterns that can assist in healing by restoring balance on all levels and by promoting a deeper relationship with the Earth.

Lammas is a Celtic Calendar Tradition celebrated in early August by the Tribal peoples. It is a powerful time of year, known as the first harvest, where we begin to reap what we have been sowing over the summer growing season. These essences incorporate the energy of Lammas, as well as that of the full moon of Lunar Standstill – a time in the 18.5-year lunar cycle where the moon and Her Teachings pass nearest to the Earth. The energy of these lunar and solar alignments is infused into these essences, adding a heightened potency to their healing properties.
