Pricing: 1 hour ~ $100  :::: 1.5 hour ~ $140

**First Sessions will be 1 hour to review health and conditions or concerns and establish a routine to suit your needs**

Heather Water Maiden

Heather Water Maiden brings a sensitive and practiced touch to her work, applying the techniques of General Swedish Massage and other proven modalities to create an experience to soothe and relieve the tissues of your body. Her abilities to blend the science of massage with the healing and intuitive work she has learned with the Whispering Song School of Energy Medicine allows her to discern your body needs and design effective and nurturing treatments.

Heather Water Maiden has the experience to assist people of all ages and with a variety of needs and health concerns. Her clientele includes seniors, children and youth, pregnant and post-partum mothers, sports injuries and all manner of stressed-out folks with chronic computer and desk work-related conditions.  She has helped people through the stresses of grief, depression, illness, and major life changes, as these challenges express themselves, and can be relieved, through the body. 

 
Your Massage Therapist:  

  Massage therapy is a      wonderful gift to give to a friend or family member, for a special occasion or just because, and can sometimes provide that extra incentive for someone you love to get the care they need.

Heather Urquhart (Water Maiden) is a mature RMT with over 6 years of experience, a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.  Sutherland-Chan is one of the most respected massage therapy schools in Canada, and one of the oldest, producing highly qualified massage therapists for over 30 years. Heather Water Maiden has been part of the Whispering Song community for seven years, and has recently been accepted to the Apprenticeship Program at the School of Energy Medicine with Gaisheda Kheawok.  She also has a BA and an MA in sustainable community planning, and at this time has chosen to express her desire to support people living in a healthy way on the planet, through the healing art of massage therapy.
